Meet The Director
Emma Allchurch was admitted as a solicitor in 2011 having previously qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer.
Emma prides herself on how she looks after her clients, the care she takes and the quality of her work. She has experience in all types of property transactions, including: off-plan developments, hotel room sales and purchases, commercial, transfers, re-mortgages, sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold, possessory title, repossessions, auctions, easements, agricultural land, fishing rights and unregistered titles.
The firm, under Emma’s direction, is keen to innovate where this improves clients’ experiences, such as asking for identification documents online, introducing a client focussed app and using electronic signatures.
Emma has contributed as an expert to the property section in The Sunday Times, upon their request, on a number of occasions.
During 2018 Emma was particularly proud of the firm being shortlisted for the best conveyancing firm in the North West. To have been shortlisted is a great achievement, alongside national long established firms with hundreds of members of staff.
Emma has clients all over the world and is happy to discuss any requirements or proposed transactions with you.
